Candidates have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination or B.Sc or
BE/B.Tech against IMU CET 2019 (from IIT or college recognized by AICTE).
Individual have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination with PCM or B.Sc in
PCM, Electronics with Physics as individual subject in one of the years.
Contender must have secured minimum 60% marks (10+2/ equivalent examination)
or not less than 50% marks (B.Sc & BE/B.Tech)

For B.Sc
|
Applying applicants have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination.
Candidates have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination with PCM & English
subjects. Aspirants need to secure minimum 60% marks in PCM & 50% marks
in English.

For B.Tech
|
Candidates have to clear 10+2/ equivalent examination.
Candidates have to qualify 10+2/ equivalent examination with PCM &
English subjects. Aspirants have to score at least 60% marks in PCM & 50%
marks in English.

|
Candidates have to pass their bachelor degree from a recognized
university. Candidates have to obtain at least 50% marks. Score 50% marks in
English Subject in 10th/12th/ UG Degree.

For M.Tech
|
Candidates have to pass their graduation or equivalent degree
from a recognized university. Candidates have to secure minimum 60%
aggregated marks.

Age Limitation:
Age
of the applying students should be between 17 years to 25 years on or before
1st August 2019 for IMU CET 2019. There is relaxation of 5 years for reserved
category candidates. Only unmarried candidates can apply for IMU CET Exam.
Admission Process:
Selection of the aspirants will be done on the basis of
merit list of IMU CET entrance test. Qualified candidates in IMU Common
Entrance Test will be further called for IMU CET Counselling for final
admission. Qualified candidates in counselling round will get final admission
in applied courses.
Exam Pattern:
- Exam will be held through online mode that is Computer Based Exam.
- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in examination.
- Total 200 questions will be asked in the examination.
- The total time duration of the whole exam is 3 hours.
- Each question carries one mark for each correct answer.
- There is no negative marking for the wrong answer.

Syllabus is different for UG & PG programmes which is given here:
- For UG Courses: The syllabus of UG courses will be comprised of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Aptitude Test & General Knowledge. The syllabus is based on plus 2 levels (CBSE, ISE & State Boards).
- For PG Courses: The syllabus of PG course consists of MBA & M.Tech Syllabus:
- For MBA: The syllabus of an MBA programme is as follows: Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
- For M.Tech: The syllabus for M.Tech Course is as follows: Mathematics General, Engineering, General Knowledge, English and Aptitude.

Process to Fill Application
Form:
- Students should check the steps before proceed to apply for IMU CET-
- First of all go through the official site that is www.imu.edu.in
- Go to right in “Announcement” section on home page
- Read Notification and press enter on link for “IMU CET Application”.
- Already registered candidates must enter on “Already Registered” link and login with previous id and password.
- If you are a new user then use link “Register Yourself”.
- Fill all columns in the registration form and submit the form
- Now you will receive the User ID and Password through Mail and/or SMS
- After receiving User ID and Password again login to fill the Online Application Form
- Upload your recent photograph and signature along with application (if required).
- Make the payment of fee through Credit card, debit card and net banking.
- Check the form and press on “Submit” button.
